Megaman- The main character, a robot created by Doctor Light to protect the world from evil. He is also known as an idiot.

Bass- A robot created by the evil Dr. Wily. He once was evil and bent on destroying the world and Megaman, but was defeated by Megaman and reprogrammed by Dr. Light to be good.

Roll- A female house-cleaning robot, also known as Megaman's "sister" who is quite the tomboy and really wants to help protect the earth, but Dr. Light won't let her.

Protoman- The proto-type robot of Megaman. Although he is a prototype, he is extremely tough, strong, and undoubtedly cool.

Ch41ott3- An extraordinary robot created by Dr. Thomas Light and Dr. Albert Wily (back when Dr. Wily was Dr. Light's lab partner). It was their biggest success in robot-making at the time, but the problem was that although she was extremely strong, she was extremely evil. She was locked up, and just recently let out by the evil Dr. Wily.

Dr. Wily- an evil scientist bent on ruling the earth. He has failed so many times, though, that it is highly unlikely that he will be successfull.

Dr. Light- a good scientist who developed proto-man, Megaman, Roll, and other robots.
